Karlach won't JOIN you if you did THIS! Baldur's Gate 3
Most videos about recruiting Karlach don't tell you the most important thing about recruiting Karlach. If you do this one thing wrong, no dialog choice for having her join your group will ever come. We talk about the "evil" rewards for failing to recruit Karlach such as the Sword of Justice and the Infernal Robe. Recruiting Karlach is not as easy as restraining Wyll from his contract to kill the barbarian. You must not destroy the Emerald Grove. If you destroyed the Emerald Grove (by such as killing the Druid interim leader), you don't want to kill Anders for his sword because you loose the tollhouse merchant. Wyll's (the warlock's) new robe is better put on Gale (a wizard) since Wyll can wear light armor without penalties, but Gale cannot wear anything without penalty but "robes". The Sword of Justice does less damage than the Everburn Blade which can be obtained in the prologue and in Emerald Grove.
