6. Be More Creative: Bend Ideas
There is no rule anywhere that says an idea must always ONLY be used for the purpose it was dreamed up. The world is full of examples where things are used in ways not originally intended. This is what David Eagleman terms a BEND and it's an amazing creative tool.

Adopt this creative habit by doing this:
Exercise:
Look around you right now. Grab any object that is nearby.
What is it for? What purpose should you use it for?
Now, ask yourself, what ELSE could I use it for?
See if you can make a list of new, alternative uses
These are all bends.
