The chagras, indian cowboys in Ecuador
We leave the Ecuadorian Amazon to ascend into the Andean ranges: close to Latacunga we found a cow ranch where we spent the following days. There, bordering the 4000m of altitude, we found the chagra indigenous people.. Authentic cowboys who inhabit these beautiful volcanoes. I'd then become one of them and, together, experience a savage rodeo.
