Recipe and ingredients:
A spoonful of turmeric.
piece of ginger.
a pinch of cayenne pepper and a pinch of black pepper.
fill with boiling water.
Cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
1 lemon.
1 spoon of apple cider vinegar.

A piece of ginger.
1 garlic.
1 onion.
1 lemon. (Lime)
Water.
Cook until boiling and add 2 tablespoons of turmeric.
Mix and cook 5 minutes.
