00:00 - Intro
What's up, you guys! In today's video, we will be breaking down the current state of the used car market, specifically, the 3 key factors that will cause the car market to continue to fall....meaning the market has already peaked.

00:23 - Prices Have Fallen
Over the last few months, car prices have fallen from their highs. We see this most with newer cars and trucks, and SUVs, but there are decreases nearly across the board, from SUVs, Electric Vehicles, Sedans...etc

01:53 - Interest Rates Impact on Prices
One major factor will continue to play a huge role in interest rates. Interest rates impact the car market because they impact the affordability of borrowing money. If interest rates are rising, the ability for you to finance your next car purchase just became more expensive,e but so did the costs of other things you may be interested in buying, like a house, for example. The current economic outlook is bleak at best, and things like inflation, interest rates, and job loss will continue to take a toll on used car demand.

03:50 - Manafacture Outlook (Power Dynamic Shift)
Another major factor is this power shift that we are starting to see but will continue to see for the next couple of months (if not years). Over the last year, Auto Manufacturers and Dealerships have been making record profits, there has also been a squeezed supply of cars to buy, and because of this, ALL the power was in the hands of the manufacturer, but this is changing, and the power is shifting. Now, consumers have much more power than they did a year ago, which is great.

06:14 - Supply
Another factor we simply cannot ignore is supply; supply, or lack there was a major reason as to why prices rose last year. But, repossessions are increasing, and demand is decreasing, which means this is the perfect storm to cause prices to fall even more.

07:15- Closing
