It's so cold in N.J. ❄️ parts of the Great Falls in Paterson are coated in ice. The falls transformed following a winter storm in the Garden State earlier in the week that brought snow and sleet. Another winter storm is in the forecast for New Jersey on Friday with 2 to 4 inches of snow expected across most of the state.
