I called 1000s of people FIRSTNAME, and it turned out OK

Last night I sent an email and messed up the "Hi [firstname]" thing - actually sending 1000s of people a message that called them FIRSTNAME|TITLECASE

Oops :(

After the initial heart sink, I sent a second email to own the mistake and say sorry.
