The date of Final Written Test for recruitment to the posts of Excise Constable (including Lady Excise Constables) in the subordinate Excise service under Finance Department, Govt. of West Bengal, 2019 has been scheduled on 02.01.2022 (Sunday) from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM. The
e-Admit Cards will be available on the website of West Bengal Police (www.wbpolice.gov.in) & Directorate of Excise (www.excise.wb.gov.in) from 21.12.2021. Candidates are requested to download their e-Admit cards on keying of their Application Sl. No. & Date of Birth. All efforts
will be made to deliver SMS alerts to the registered mobile number of the candidates. However, the Board will not be responsible for the non-delivery of such SMS due to a change in the mobile number and/or technical reasons. The candidates shall have to produce the printout of their e-Admit Cards at the allotted venues for appearing in the said test with proper and original proof of identity. Candidates are directed to carry identical photographs along with proof of identity as mentioned in the Admit Card for the test.
Neither any paper Admit Card for Final Written Test will be issued or sent by post to the candidates who have applied online nor will it be made available from the office of the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board. Paper Admit cards will only be issued in respect of offline candidates. The candidates are strongly advised not to carry any articles declared as prohibited in Sl. No. 10 of Important Instructions given in the Admit card.
The candidates are also advised to visit the website of West Bengal Police on a regular basis for further details.

FINAL WRITTEN TEST (FWT) : - Full Marks – 90;
All the candidates who qualify in the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called to appear in the Final Written Test to be conducted by the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board.
The Final Written Test will have 90 (ninety) Multiple Choice (Four choices) Objective Type Questions (MCQs) each carrying equal marks. The duration of the test will be 1 (One) hour and 30 minutes. The question paper will be set in three languages (Bengali, Nepali & English) except questions on the English language.
