Weebly is the easiest website builder to use— everything feels simple and straightforward. It's what I recommend to anyone who doesn't feel tech savvy.
Even though Weebly is easy to use, it's not basic— it's actually quite flexible and includes an app store, sophisticated ecommerce and one of the best membership systems among website builders.
The downside to Weebly is theme customization— it can be quite limited, especially when compared to competitors like Squarespace or Wix.
