When you use the Turn Off the Lights Chrome extension, you can dim the web page with the control, shift and L key. But do you want to use another shortcut key combination for this action? Yes, you can! Follow these steps on how to change this shortcut combination. Click right on the gray lamp button, and select the menu item “Manage extensions”. A new web page shows up. Now clicks on the hamburger icon. And select the tab “Keyboard shortcuts”. Next search for the Turn Off the Lights Chrome extension. Then click in the textbox right of the “activate the extension” label. And type any shortcut you want. For example, the control shift and the letter T, where the T stands for Turn Off the Lights. Go back to the Google website tab, and press the control shift and the letter T on your keyboard. Now you see that it will dim the current web page with this new shortcut key.
