This is a video on how to perform both methods of factory reset on a Nokia Lumia 1520. Soft reset and hard reset

First make sure the phone is powered "OFF"
Once is off press the power button to turn
it "ON" and quickly press the "Volume Down" key
until the exclamation mark shows up, then you
can let go.

Then press
1. Volume Up
2. Volume Down
3. Power button
4. Volume Down

And now just wait for it to complete the reset

All models - Nokia Lumia 520, 625, 630, 720, 730, 830, 920, 1020, 1320, 1520
