Carpal Tunnel
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by a pinched nerve in the narrow passage on the bottom of the palm, close to the wrist. Typical symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome are tingling or a numb sensation in the fingers and weakness in the hand. Causes of this condition are any repetitive movements that irritate the median nerve. With proper treatment, the hand and wrist should be fully functional.
