My men really love it when I cook vegetables like this! And I'm happy about it.... because it's quick, healthy and affordable!
Such roasts, we, most of all like with rice and mashed potatoes.

I needed:
2 eggplants
600 g of chicken fillet, you can use any meat - delicious!
2 onions
1 carrot
2-3 pcs. sweet peppers
4-5 pcs. tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of sugar
garlic - to taste
dill
spices to taste
ajika - as desired.
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
20 g of butter
