Neon Effect Using Pure CSS
In this video, we create a simple neon effect using nothing more than just CSS. This text effect can be used on darker backgrounds in order to gain quick attention of the viewer. The effect has been achieved using the 'text-shadow' and the 'box-shadow' CSS properties.
