Everyone in our family loves pearl barley)) even my husband😂... already loves it!
I call this porridge Solyanka, because with pickles - that’s how it came and that’s how it stays))
I needed:
1 cup (330 ml) dry cereal
1 tbsp. lard
400 g meat
1 onion
1 carrot
3-4 cucumbers
salt
pepper
