With a Broken Pinion tooth I need to take apart the entire D44 Axle to Rebuild it.

You'll need to remove tires, brakes and caliper, drain differential fluid and pull cover. Use a slide hammer to pull axles. Make sure the carrier bearing caps are witnessed marked before removing them. Pull bearing caps and remove differential carrier. Remove driveshaft, pinion nut, pinion and rear pinion seal.
