Twitch released a new feature and it is actually good: Custom Tags! This means you are able to actually market your channel exactly how you like! In this video we discuss why that is the case and more importantly: How to do that!

One of the major new features that increases the discoverability on Twitch is that tags are now actually searchable on the home page. Clearly that is an improvement, but it is huge for both Variety Streamers and streamers in categories such as Music and Just Chatting.

This is because Variety Streamers can now put their overall category, such as "JRPGs" or "Horror", into their titles while Music and Just Chatting streamers can write their niche, such as "Guitarist" or "Politics", into their tags to be easily found!
