Required tools: Keys 10, 13, 16, Torx T30, Spline M10 Procedure:
1) disconnect the minus terminal from the battery
2) disconnect the wiring from the oil pressure sensors above the generator
3) Torx T30, unscrew the coolant pipe bracket and the oil dipstick mount
4) remove the alternator belt by loosening the tensioner with a wrench 16
5) unscrew the nut by 13 from the generator power cable, disconnect the connector from the generator
6) unscrew 4 bolts 13 fastening the generator, remove the generator
7) disconnect the connector from the air conditioner compressor and unscrew 3 bolts by 13
8) unscrew the oil filter
9) unscrew the 5 Spline M10 bolts securing the bracket and remove it
10) to replace the heat exchanger gasket, you need to unscrew the 4 bolts on the Spline M10
11) install in the reverse order, replacing the gaskets and the barrel fitting in the thermostat housing
