Tips: Pet the dog so you can get the Dog mod. You need 3500 scraps to get the whole outfit.
Be aware that sometimes you will not get this vendor cause its random generated maps, you can get him at adventure mode cause maps are short in this mode, in case you were not lucky to get him in your campaign mode.
Having fun in Remnant again, I'm glad is free on PS plus now, everybody should play this game cause its awesome.
