Dr. Hübner, University of British Columbia, discusses the pros and cons of the currently negotiated Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). For professor Hübner, this agreement is a step forward that goes deeper than NAFTA, that could potentially open on another agreement between the EU and the USA.
