Mugwort Latte
2 spoons of mugwort powder or tea
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup warm coconut milk
Cinnamon, nutmeg & honey to taste
To make mugwort powder, blanch fresh mugwort, dry it, and then grind it. You can also brew it in a tea, as shown in the video which will give you a softer, gentler taste.
Please note that mugwort is not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It also should not be consumed in large amounts.
