From the research I did, it seems that the 1TB model has 5000MB/s read and 4500MB/s write, and the controller used is Maxio MAP1602A and it has a TBW of 600. The NM710 is DRAM-less, which works fine for most use cases and it works great when you're keeping the cost low.
