To mark Global Accessibility Awareness Day I did a collab video with Emily Davison aka Fashioneyesta. I was introduced to VoiceOver three years ago, Along with my O&M training, my learning to use VoiceOver on the iPhone was what proved to me that accepting my blindness wasn't necessarily a bad thing. It was a huge help and it still is. I've gone on to use VoiceOver on the iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Watch. To me it's a lot more than just a feature on a phone. It's a tool that has helped me out so much these past few years and has helped in preventing eye strain. I want to share in this video what this feature has meant for me as well as showing you a little bit of how it works.
Please go check out Emily's video as well as she's also discussed several Apple products that have also helped her out as well.
