Brief overview:

Considering the amount of cards with the veteran tag and having Harald an Craite whom transforms in this deck as the rounds go on, we are generally looking to play this deck over two rounds. Basically this means we aim to win round 1, pass round 2 then go into a long round 3. To help ensure we secure a blood thirst of 3 which is required to get the maximum value out of Eist, i have added in Gerd who not only causes row damage but also spawns a Deafening Siren and damages it by 1. This greatly increases the chance of securing our win condition. We have Jutta as a target for our leader ability and 1 Great Sword unit in deck, whom should be held in hand upon deploying Eist on blood thirst 3, offering us great discard value.

The guide was completed just before the cross over to the new patch. Therefore we now have 1 extra provision cost to utilise in this deck (Jutta provision cost change). I would recommend either using it on one of the Gutting Slashes to instead include Stunning Blow or finding a way to some how add in Vabjorn. As he is also a warrior meaning he will trigger one point of damage from Harald The Cripple when played together at the same time, also it will provide more consistency in us accessing Blood Eagle to ensure we draw the high cost warrior cards we need.
