An encoder error occurred while recording:

Update with Nvidia Latest Driver because they recently fixed the bug.

NVENC Error: get_encoded_packet: nv.nvEncLockBitstream(s, &lock) failed: 8(NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_PARAM)
An encoder error occurred while streaming:
NVENC Error: get_encoded_packet: nv.nvEncLockBitstream(s, &lock) failed: 8(NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_PARAM)

To Fix this just roll back to previous version:
step 1:
Device Manager -- Display Adapters--Your Graphics Driver--properties --driver---find version number and date
step2: visit
https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/geforce/...
find your graphics card --find previous version click download
step3:
click -click-click- restart
step4:
open OBS to check it is working or not
