Audi From HELL...DEALER STUMPED!! (Part 1 - Charging & Air Suspension MALFUNCTION)
This 2012 Audi Q7 Diesel has some WEIRD issues at only 105k miles.
Owner reached out almost 2 years ago because the local Audi Dealer could not figure out why the ALTERNATOR would not charge the battery.
THOUSANDS of DOLLARS were spent with no resolution.
I asked: does it charge in "Default" mode with the Communication wire unplugged?
Sure enough, the alternator puts out 14V just fine if it's "offline"!
Owner drove it like this for over a YEAR, but now wants to get it addressed because sometimes the Heated Seats and Steering Wheel refuse to turn ON.
Also, the Fancy AIR SUSPENSION System has a MALFUNCTION and is disabled...not good!
Let's see how deep of a EURO Rabbit Hole we get into this time...
