Ancient beer brought to life in Winnipeg
Ale experimenters in Winnipeg have recreated a beer from a fourth-century Egyptian alchemist’s recipe. One of the brewers who worked on the beer says the concoction was surprisingly good but different than modern ales. (March 15)
