Other factors could also hurt you:
Recency (too old)
Volume (too few)
Quality (too generic)

Respond to the reviews you have. This shows searchers you care.
Get more from happy customers. The more reviews you have, the better your average will be.
Ask for details! Short, boring reviews get overlooked.
