Registry Updates:
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup

create a dword 32 value key and call it
AllowUpgradeW11
AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU

Give it a value of 1
must set boot as a secure boot
windows 11 CPU & TPM 1 2
