New World - REFRESHING VS REF EVASION! Which one is Better?
On this video i finally put to an end that Refreshing is far superior than refreshing evasion in basically in scenario in NW, only when an ability has an absurd long CD and unless u only dodge then refreshing evasion will come on top, but since most of the abilities are 20 sec or less, Refreshing will always be the KING!
