Daikin heat pump VRV 4 - listen to the noise it makes

We contacted Daikin Hellas and Daikin Xenikakis to inquire whether the noise is normal.

40 days after the inquiry, and following a second communication, Daikin Hellas responded that "the noise level is within acceptable limits."

Daikin Xenikakis, responsible for the machine's maintenance, never responded to us.

We are leaving this video here for you to judge for yourselves whether the noise is normal or not, and to decide whether to purchase the machine or not.
