Pearl Harbor survivors pause to remember attack | FOX 5 News
Thursday marks 82 years since the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. The attacked killed nearly 2,400 U.S. service members and civilians. Bombs destroyed several military ships and aircraft. The surprise attack triggered America’s entrance into World War II. Congress declared December 7 as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day in August 1994.
