This " How to" video is a quick tutorial on strategies to help you control your mixing of color in oil painting using primary colors. When learning to paint and use the color you need to first understand the Color Theory as it applies to mix color. The palette consists of two different variations of each Primary Color. By using the Color Wheel you will understand which or the primary colors to use for mixing your secondary colors. You can vary a color's intensity by which just by which color combination you use for orange, violet/purple, or green. Learn to control your color mixtures and become a better painter.
