Fish and potatoes in the oven RECIPE:
800g pink salmon fillet
6-8 potatoes
100g cheese
250g sour cream
1 egg
2 onions
1-2 carrots
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Pink salmon with potatoes PREPARATION:
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and cheese, cut the potatoes into slices, and cut the pink salmon fillets into small pieces. Spread onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Mix egg, sour cream and cheese in a bowl - season with salt and pepper. Fold the potatoes into a greased baking dish and season with salt. On top of it - fried vegetables and then fish, salt and pepper again. Pour with cheese and sour cream mixture. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 50 minutes until tender. Pink salmon with potatoes is ready.
