3ds Max 2025 compared to Blender 4.1.0 - RAM usage when opening OBJ files
As we can see, by default 3ds Max uses 2.7 GB of RAM while Blender uses only 1 GB. But with the helicopter model loaded, Blender uses around 8 GB while 3ds Max uses only around 5.5 GB.
