Dinopithecus can be domesticated non-violently rather than by the usual methods. However, only pack leaders can be tamed. In this video I show you the best method to tam a dinopithecus in the shortest time and easily.

To be able to passively tame it, the Alpha within the pack must first be identified, which can only be seen with the glowing aura around its body, just like other creatures with said buff. Upon discovery, start killing all other Dinopithecus nearby as they won't allow you to begin passively taming the creature (this excludes any wild, young, or adolescent children nearby). After slaughtering all nearby Dinopithecus, the alpha will attempt to escape. Reduce his health to below 85% (go as low as possible before you can tame him) and start feeding him passively.

Be careful if other Dinopithecus roam nearby while taming, as they can hinder the progress of taming simply by being around alpha.

There is a 40% chance that a non-adult Deinopithecus will spawn.
Dinopithecus cannot have twins or triplets.
The maximum level of a tamed Dinopithecus on official servers is 500, just like that of the creatures of Genesis.
Could this creature should be exclusive to Lost Islands, it seems that they spawn in other maps (confirmed on Valguero Red Woods).
