In this first episode of Demystifying Design, we rebuild the accounts settings page for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. We refactored the navigation, body content, & footer content to be more aesthetically-pleasing and easy to use.

Overall, this entire redesign took me about 5 hours over 2 days to complete, and honestly I still don't think it's perfect! Nonetheless, I'm trying to be transparent here so wanted to upload this as it stands now.
