Roar Bahamut was very underappreciated when it first came out, but it quickly became one of the best defense Beys out there! Hasbro has now given it the QuadDrive makeover and introduced it to the North American fans in this starter pack. Like every other QuadDrive release, the Bey resembles the original a bit, but is missing many of the original abilities. The good thing is that Roar Balkesh B7 still retains the super round shape of Roar Bahamut. The Armor Tip also tries to replicate the Moment Driver, but doesn't perform nearly as well. It does do a lot better than the Edge Driver underneath that Armor Tip though....so keep it on. In the QuadDrive world, this Bey seems to be a pretty strong contender! You don't have to hunt Random Boosters to get a Roar Bahamut-like design, so this can give you a taste of Roar Bahamut for those who really want one.
