My Prioritisation Triage
Level 1 - stop immediately what you are doing and deal with the issue
Level 2 - Deal with it within the next hour
Level 3 - Deal with it within the next three to four hours (morning/afternoon)
Level 4 - Deal with it before the end of the day
Level 5 - Non-urgent deal with it whenever or ignore completely.
