I learned about the importance of regular facial massage from my mom and aunt since I was young. I have used facial massage for many years as an adult and have used different methods. But I liked this method using the knuckles instead of the finger tips. I first learned this from watching Dr. Ivan 6 (YouTube), and adapted it to fit my routine.
