Figma Just Became an Illustration Tool (Draw Mode First Look)
Just tried out Figma’s new Draw Mode and it’s honestly kind of wild.
I’ve been working on an app that’s full of hand-drawn illustrations, and going back through it with the new brushes and dynamic strokes… it felt like I was seeing my own work in a whole new way.
There’s something really weird (in a good way) about how natural it feels — even with features like blur layering and custom brush creation baked in. It’s still unmistakably Figma but with this whole new texture to it.
I’m curious how this will shape illustration workflows in product design. Anyone else tried it yet?
