A lot of workflows can be completed through the Zapier plugin, but will most companies flock to the marketplace to build their own? Using a Sales stack as an example, think of the possibilities that would come from having strong plugin integrations for Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin, and Outreach.Io.
How will this affect EinsteinGPT? Not sure what Salesforce was planning on charging for it, but can’t be much because you could likely piece their functionality together with plugins and perhaps it would be a more effective way for teams to utilize AI.
Will the majority of users rarely login to Salesforce anymore and only Admins, Devs and Consultants are heavy users?
