Running Tips for a better start

The shoulders should be over the hands and slightly ahead of the starting line.

⚠️A common mistake many sprinters make is 'crowding the line.
👉They throw their shoulders forward, which takes them out of position, reduces power, and can cause a stumble on the first step. The arms should remain shoulder-width.

👉The front leg should be at 90 degrees. You'll learn why this is important in the next section.

👉The back leg should be at 120 degrees.
