A 75,500 seat coliseum in the heart of downtown Charlotte, NC, is home to one of the NFL's most legendary teams, the Carolina Panthers.

Although originally called Ericsson Stadium, in 2004, Bank of America purchased 20-year naming rights for more than one-hundred million dollars. However, it retains the Carolina Stadium when hosting FIFA matches, which it has done 11 times.

Each of the three main entrances features two bronze panther statues and, together, the six panthers make up the largest statues ever commissioned in the United States.

Each year, this stadium hosts the ACC Championship and hosted many concerts, like those of The Rolling Stones, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw, each of which attracted attendance of more than 40,000 and Brought revenues in excess of $3.4 million. While this stadium has never sold out, it came close September 9, 2018, when 74,812 fans watched the Carolina Panthers defeat the Dallas Cowboys 16-8.
