https://lockhunter.com/download.htm
Step 2 : Go to:-
C:\ProgramData\
Step 3 : Select (same name probelm) & Drag & Drop it on LockHunter
Step 4 : Click on Delete It!
Step 5 : That's It!!!
Now, Restart Your PC
