At the start of the EVE Online annual Fanfest in March 2012, a handful of EVE developers chanced a trip to the airport in the hope of surprising EVE players arriving in Iceland on the afternoon flights from mainland Europe. With 40 seats to spare, and a cargo of cold beer they needed help drinking, the developers drove for an hour hoping they had picked the right time to camp the airport gate...
