How to Fix Atomic Heart Not Installing Error Code 0x800700e9 or 0x80070199 On Xbox / Microsoft Store
In this video I'm going to tell you how to fix when you are unable to launch Atomic hard game from Xbox app or if you are unable to launch it from Microsoft store and if you are receiving this error codes that is 0x80070102 or 0x 807042b so if you're receiving one of these error codes and you are unable to launch the game from Xbox app or Microsoft store then please follow the steps written in this article.
Follow these instructions :
Login with same account on Store and Xbox App, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
If installing from Xbox App try installing the it from Microsoft Store library, if using store then try installing game from Xbox App
Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Repair/reset Xbox App/Store
Update Xbox App/Store from store library
Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Uninstall remains of gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Update Windows
Run WSRESET command
Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App/Store
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 12) Try installing to C drive/Different Drive, Rename the WpSystem and WindowsApps folder
Run inetcpl.cpl command
Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool
