Scan from Camera and CTScan - a TextField, TextEditor Swift Package alternative
In this video, I am going to introduce you to something you might have overlooked, an exciting new feature of iOS 15 and a Swift Package that I wrote that will help you take full advantage of that new 2018 or feature in SwiftUI.
It is a new feature that allows you to capture text from the world around you and it is called "Text from Camera" and uses Live Text
At the same time, we explore features of the TextEditor and TextField features that you may not be aware of and how you can take advantage of the UITextContentType and UIKeyboardType for a TextField or TextEditor.
As a Bonus, If you are interested, I also show you how you can duplicate the package a a local framework and I will show you how to modify it to add even more customization to what I have.
