Today I am going to share with you a complete guide to team defense from beginner to advanced. Your defensive unit must all be on the same page with slides and recoveries. While many slide packages exist I will showcase a simple crease slide package with a backside two slide. Yet even in this simple package, there are many intricacies that most players miss.
