In Revit, click Add-Ins - External Tools - Autodesk Navisworks.
Note: This option is not available in Demo/Viewer mode. If you are not in demo mode but do not have access to the Autodesk Navisworks menu, check if the editing view is set to normal, and the modify tool is selected (Edit -Modify).
